Midwinter Choral Retreat: Exploring Handel

Join us for a morning of singing and learning about the history and performance practice surrounding the composition of Handel's eleven little-known masterpieces, the Chandos anthems. Composed between 1717 and 1718 for his lavish patron, the First Duke of Chandos, these breathtakingly beautiful sacred compositions are true musical perfection!
